Dr. MirandaBailey's Evaluation
First Impression:
Tries way too hard to prove she is worthy of being in this program.

Strengths:
A hard worker. Able to make our patients feel comfortable. It's clear she's made this job her first priority in her life.

Areas Needing Improvement:
Confidence. Everyone knows that she can do this job, but I'm not so sure she believes that herself

Memorable Moments:
When a patient recognized Dr. Stevens from her modeling days- and refused to have her as his doctor. Opening up a patient's chest bedside to remove a clot with her hands-and saving the patient's life.

Future Prospects:
Dr. Stevens is one of the hardest working interns I've ever seen. But, surprisingly, she's got some self-confidence problems. She needs to get rid of those issues if she want to make it in this program.

Dr. Calliope Torres' Evaluation

Strengths:
I guess one could say Stevens really cares for her patients well-being? They all seem to really like her and people request her in the clinic because of her bedside manner. And I guess she did donate 8 million dollars to build a free clinic.

Weaknesses:
Stevens can't seem to find the line of professionalism because let's face it, she's always crossing it. Examples: She's gotten romantically involved with a patient, she flirts with other women's husbands, she's anonymously paid for a patient's surgery and she just speaks her mind - she's WAY TOO PERSONALLY INVOLVED. Even her own interns think she's a little in over her head. They all talk about her behind her back. But who's to say it's not deserved.

Past Performance at SGH:
Although I've heard rumors that Stevens has made a couple of saves as an intern (apparantly she drilled burr holes by herself on the ferry or something) it should be noted that she spent a significant chunk of her internship on probation.

Additional Comments:
Confidentially, I'd like to say I'm not sure why Stevens is still even allowed to step foot in this hospital after the whole Denny Duquette matter. But I guess I'm only Chief Resident, not Chief of Surgery.
